Daily Vocab- 22/7/2014

1. Veracious- Speaking or Representing the truth.

Ex-Mahatma Gandhi had a reputation for being veracious.


2. Rectitude- morally correct behaviour or thinking; righteousness.

Ex- Rabindranath Tagore had a great reputation for rectitude.


3. Credence- belief in or acceptance of something as true.

Ex- Since you have a history of lying, I find it difficult to give credence to anything you tell me.
